British Council is now running a 2 – day IELTS   Exam Preparation workshop

The IELTS Preparation workshop is a 6 hour workshop

The session is designed to assist candidates in their preparation for sitting the IELTS exam

The workshop will cover the rationale behind the questions in the exam and will also introduce candidates to the format of tasks that are common in the exam

The course will:

• be run by an experienced British Council  trainer 

• cover both the General and Academic versions of IELTS

• cover the format, timings and procedures of the four IELTS papers

• focus on “problem” areas of IELTS in Ghana like the Reading paper

• advise on the tasks on both the general and academic Writing paper

• advise on the phases of the speaking test

• provide opportunities to practice with past IELTS papers

• provide tips on how to maximize your chances of achieving your required IELTS score

All four sections of the exam will be covered – Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing
